For your peace of mind, we have stringent measures in place to ensure Dial•a•Bed stores and deliveries are carefully monitored and remain safely sanitised.
In-store
- Our store teams wear masks at all times, specifically when travelling to and from work on public transport.
- All staff are screened daily for any Covid-19 related symptoms.
- Hand sanitisers are available at the door.
- Mattresses are sanitised and plastic sheeting for testing is available on request.
- Social distancing is rigorously maintained. Please be patient if you are requested to wait a few minutes while earlier customers are being attended to.
Contactless Deliveries
- Don’t forget, you can shop and order from the full Dial•a•Bed range at www.dialabed.co.za
- All store and online deliveries are plastic sealed at the factory.
- All staff handlers wear masks, maintain social distancing, sanitise regularly and are screened daily.
- Please use your own pen when signing confirmation of delivery.
- At your discretion, handlers will deliver to your door, into your garage, or install your new bed, with appropriate social distancing.
